Free initial consultation
So that you can feel comfortable and confident that you have made the right choice in seeking psychotherapy or life coaching with me, I offer a free initial 50 minute consultation. You can ask me questions and tell me what you need help with. I will tell you how I can be helpful with your specific needs and if we both feel that we can work together toward your goals, we can schedule our next appointment if you wish to do so.

Standard Fee
My standard fee is £60 per 50 minute session.

Package Rates
You can get a reduced rate if you pay for multiple sessions in advance.

• 4 sessions for £200 = £50.00 per session
• 6 sessions for £275 = £45.83 per session
